About the Role

Business Analyst with highly analytical and detail-oriented and to lead a comprehensive Current State Assessment of our organization's technology ecosystem. This role is central to our digital transformation journey and will serve as the foundation for upcoming modernization and system integration efforts.

You'll act as the cross-functional detective who uncovers buried systems, undocumented

workflows, and data black holes, then turns them into actionable documentation. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, department heads, and our small but capable tech team to map out how things really work today.

Responsibilities:

Current State Discovery

  • Conduct in-depth workshops with all business departments and the existing tech team to document active and old systems.
  • Map and document all current business processes, manual, semi-digital, and automated, and how they interact with internal systems.

System Audit & Integration Mapping

  • Perform a system-wide audit of current technologies: CRM, web applications, ERP, accounting systems, customer portals, and any custom tools in use.
  • Document all data flows and integration points between systems: APIs, manual uploads, shared databases, and Excel-based.
  • Identify system redundancies, risks, and consolidation opportunities.

Knowledge Capture & Risk Mitigation

  • Extract undocumented system knowledge from the tech team and business owners to mitigate key-person risk and preserve institutional memory.
  • Produce clear, usable documentation (e.g. data flow diagrams, system maps, process charts) for future reference.

Customer Journey & Systems Touchpoint Analysis

  • Analyze the end-to-end customer journey, highlighting where systems (or the lack of them) affect user experience.
  • Help identify tech pain points impacting customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in complex or fragmented tech environments.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, system documentation, and integration analysis.
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs, data models, and infrastructure (without needing to code).
  • Ability to translate "tribal knowledge" into structured documentation.
  • Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops.

The candidate must have proven experience implementing the system in at least two organizations, with no less than five years of hands-on experience in project management and system operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

The expert will lead the project and supervise the following implementation phases: -

  1. Entering the organizational structure and approving job levels and departments.

  2. Entering employee data and linking it to the organizational structure.

  3. Activating attendance and leave reports and linking them to biometric devices or approved tools.

  4. Activating leave management (submission–approvals–balances).

  5. Entering and managing employee assets (custodies) and linking them to accounts.

  • Perform market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and business cases.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and presentations with both Arabic- and English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with industry standards, regulations, and market practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of trading, settlement, risk management, or related Capital Market processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with requirement gathering tools, process mapping, and documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Exposure to digital transformation projects in Capital Markets (e.g., trading platforms, regulatory reporting, fintech solutions).
  • Professional certifications (CBAP, CFA, FRM, Agile BA) are a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize operations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Effective communication and thorough documentation will be essential for tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools.
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production.
  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Research and explain production-related concepts such as Product Codes, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Production & Consumption, and Production Declaration.
  • Develop end-to-end workflows for new digital features.
  • Define intuitive steps for users interacting with new features, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Identify backend processes including identity verification, account setup, interest calculation, and maturity tracking.
  • Experience in ERP.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and processes
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with optimizing Business Processes
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus
