We Are Hiring: Marketing & Brand Development Specialist
Working conditions:
Days off: Friday and one day mid-week
Location: New Cairo

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Brand Development Specialist to support the development and execution of our marketing & branding strategies. This role combines creativity with execution — from proposing and managing new partnerships and events to creating, innovating and implementing new communication channels & experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Propose, plan, and execute new partnerships, events, workshops, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors.
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate branding initiatives across locations and propose enhancements.
• Manage production of marketing materials in coordination with print houses, publishers, and designers (e.g., yearbooks, certificates, brochures).
• Collaborate with social media and design teams to ensure brand consistency with our pillars and objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in presentation tools & skills as well as knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools.
• experience in our specific field of service is an advantage.

Co-brand & Fintech Cards Product Development Senior Lead

Job Responsibilities:
-Define and execute the roadmap for Co-brand & fintech products (credit, debit, prepaid, virtual, commercial, etc.).
-Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product enhancements.
-Work closely with senior management to align card product strategies with overall business objectives.
-Lead cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, risk, operations, marketing, and customer service.
-Collaborate with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), processors, and fintech partners.
-Manage relationships with banks, merchants, and third-party vendors.
-Ensure all card products comply with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).
-Ensure data security and fraud prevention measures are in place.
-Oversee the end-to-end process of issuing , acquisition and managing the subject products.
-Monitor the performance of cards products and programs after launch and recommend and implement amendments to increase performance.
Develop pricing structures.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rates, spend volume, and profitability.
-Required years of experience from 8- 10 in Retail Products.
