Position Details
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
Employment Type: Full-time, annual contract
Working Hours: Night Shift (3:00 pm – 12:00 am)

Responsibilities
Handle daily tasks within committed service levels (SL).
Update systems and data sheets for reporting & analytics.
Process documents, validate information, and communicate with customers via email.
Suggest process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong verbal and typing communication skills.
Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Fast learner with 1–3 years of professional experience.
Maximum age: 28 years.
Male applicants must have completed or be exempt from military service.
