WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Plan shipments based on OBD and customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, COO, Packing list, bills of lading)
  • Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
  • Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucker, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity and vessel schedules
  • Maintain updated reports of shipments and send to customers
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regulations,
  • Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or
  • Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator is recommended

Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Knowledge of laws, regulations
- Ability to work with different internal and external teams and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)
