Work Location - 1st Settlement – New Cairo
Job Duties:
-Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from initial concept through to full execution, construction and FF&E ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
-Own the full project lifecycle, acting as the main coordinator between the design team and site supervision team to ensure cohesive project delivery.
-Conduct initial client kick-off meetings to define project vision, scope, and design expectations
-Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout all phases, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction until final handover
-Supervise all design phases (conceptual, schematic, working drawings) to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals
-Approve key design outputs including mood boards, 3D renders, and working drawings for architectural, interior, and landscape elements
-Ensure client approvals are obtained before transitioning to subsequent project stages
-Review tender documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and readiness for contractor engagement
-Prepare detailed design and site quotations based on scope, materials, and client requirements.
-Ensure systematic documentation and archiving of all design & Site materials, communications, and approvals in both digital and physical formats
-Ensure that all accepted designs are accurately implemented on-site, coordinating closely with the site team and responding to technical queries.
-Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and validate compliance with approved drawings and specifications
-Track project timelines using appropriate project management tools and intervene as needed to avoid delays.
-Report regularly to the Chief Architect on projects progress, potential risks, and corrective action plans.
-Lead the procurement process of materials and FF&E in collaboration with the client, ensuring alignment with the approved design direction.
-Provide expert guidance in the selection of iconic and aesthetically impactful materials that elevate the outcome.
-Assign roles and responsibilities within the project team to optimize efficiency and accountability.
-Collect and monitor actual man-hour data across project phases, aligning performance with plans and identifying any deviations.
-Ensure adherence to regulatory codes, zoning requirements, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
-Project Management Professional (PMP) is a Plus
-6 Years Proven track record of success within the architectural, engineering, or consulting sectors.
-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office applications, and project management platforms such as MS Project or Primavera.
-Familiarity with Revit and 3ds Max is considered a plus.
-Fluent English.
