Job purpose:
The Data & Analytics Lead acts as an agent for change, promoting the development of a data driven culture and increasing data literacy across the OpCo, orchestrating the application of analytics to deliver value and leading the strengthening of OpCo data foundations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as D&A Business partner to key stakeholder OpCo functions, identifying and translating business demands/requirements into analytics use cases; coordinating the analytics projects; supporting the embedding of solutions across the OpCo.
- Define, own and deploy the OpCo roadmap for data and analytics aligned to global / regional strategy, and drive implementation across the OpCo.
- Operationalize Data Management strategies into a clear OpCo plan to ensure availability of high-quality data which adheres to Global data standards and policies.
- Partner with Regional D&A Hubs on solution development and deployment to leverage the power of data and analytics for growth.
- Drive the operationalization and adoption of global D&A processes, tools and technologies in the OpCo.
- Represent OpCo at regional level providing input to D&A strategy and roadmaps development.
- Lead the deployment in OpCo of initiatives, including upskilling, competency building and change management, to develop D&A Maturity and promote a data driven / data informed organisational culture across the OpCo.
Experience & Profile
- Batchelor's Degree in business, management, analytics, engineering, or information technology.
- 8+ years' governing, implementing and driving data management and analytics activities.
- Familiarity with data analytics and management processes and technologies.
- Strong business knowledge and understanding, preferably in the beverages / CPG industry or at least in an adjacent one.
