Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced and analytically sharp Financial Analyst based in the Philippines to join our core finance team. This is a full-time, fully remote position. This person will own FP&A workflows, deliver timely and accurate reporting, and support strategic initiatives across our omnichannel business. This role will replace outgoing contractor support and embed directly with the U.S.-based executive and finance teams. The position reports to the VP of Finance and collaborates with accounting, operations, and the CEO.
Core Responsibilities
- Financial planning & forecasting – Maintain and update our dynamic operating model and cash flow forecast; support budget creation and monthly reforecasting cycles
- Reporting & performance tracking – Deliver recurring financial dashboards and insights on revenue, margin, COGS, working capital, and EBITDA by channel (DTC, wholesale, Amazon)
