This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplaces; manages the provision of personal protective equipment, transport, site access, and accommodation; and serves as the primary liaison with the Customer, subcontractors, service providers, and relevant authorities on all administrative matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, equip, and maintain project offices and site workplaces to meet ergonomic and HSE standards.
- Manage office consumables, utilities, cleaning, pest control, and waste disposal.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and furniture, including condition tracking and reconciliations.
- Administer staff housing and hotel bookings, including check-ins, maintenance, and documentation.
- Oversee PPE stock levels, issuance, compliance, and coordination with Procurement and HSE.
- Supervise transport services, including route planning, vehicle inspections, and usage reporting.
- Coordinate site access, work permits, and badge renewals with authorities and subcontractors.

Experience and Qualifications
