About The Role
We are looking for a driven
Outbound Activation Specialist
to join our growing SaaS sales team in the GCC region. In this role, you will be responsible for
initiating outbound prospecting activities, building engagement with potential clients, and creating qualified opportunities
for our sales team. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring prospects clearly understand the value of our SaaS solutions and are activated into the sales funnel.
This is a role for someone who thrives in
outbound sales, prospect activation, and pipeline generation
, with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and the unique dynamics of the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Activation
- Identify and target potential decision-makers in the GCC market through research, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Craft compelling messaging to initiate conversations and spark interest in SaaS solutions.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their pain points, needs, and readiness to evaluate solutions.
Lead Nurturing & Engagement
- Activate dormant or cold leads by re-engaging them with tailored campaigns.
- Maintain a structured cadence of follow-ups via multi-channel outreach.
- Educate prospects on SaaS product features and use cases relevant to their business challenges.
Pipeline Development
- Generate and hand over qualified sales opportunities to the Account Executive / Business Development team.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activities, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Track and report outreach and activation results using CRM and sales tools.
Market Intelligence
- Stay up to date on GCC market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.
- Share feedback from conversations with prospects to help shape sales strategy and product positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, activation, or lead generation in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Strong understanding of the GCC business landscape, buyer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound tactics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Results-driven mindset with resilience, persistence, and a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Senior Brand Manager in the delivery of brand growth targets through implementation of brand strategy and plans
- Leads full category priorities, implementation, and operations
- Responsible for implementing marketing activities to strengthen brand KPI's and metrics
- Responsible for packaging and end-to-end artwork management with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- SAP initiation/ product development / regulatory compliance/ industrialization (marketing specific actions)/ organizing for management approvals and launching New Product Development with excellence
- Perform competitive analysis and research to inform brand strategy and plans
- Development and implementation of promotion and campaign mechanics
- Conducts post-campaign and post-launch analysis to identify learnings, gaps, and opportunities
- Leads teams through brand operational processes to deliver strong results
- Financial process custodian (PO creations & management lead)
- Manages procurement and payment activities for the category
- Considers the impact of local regulations and nutrition guidelines on the brand
- Manages contracts development and finalization with legal team and internal stakeholders according to PepsiCo policy
- Responsible for monitoring performance on consumer and shopper preferences, and generating actions to maintain or improve brand preference and KPI's
- Manages end-to-end development and execution of brand projects including campaigns, promotions, and innovations in a timely manner according to brand brief and company objective
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing is required
- Good relationship-building skills, teamwork, and collaboration
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong initiative-taking, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English
