Job Objective:
To supervise all financial and accounting activities of the company and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with local and international accounting standards, while supporting financial and administrative decision-making that aligns with the company's objectives in contracting projects, particularly water treatment plants and swimming pools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial & Accounting Management
Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).

Manage general and sub-ledger accounts (suppliers, clients, contractors, payroll).
Projects & Contracts
Monitor actual costs of contracting projects (water treatment plants and swimming pools) and compare them with budgeted figures.

Follow up on disbursement orders, monthly statements for contractors and consultants, and ensure timely payments.
Planning & Control

Audit & Compliance
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and local financial laws.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required data.
Develop and implement internal financial policies and controls to safeguard company assets.
Team Management
Lead and develop the accounting and auditing team.
Assign tasks and monitor completion within set timelines.
Train staff on modern accounting systems and enhance team performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Master's in Finance or professional certifications such as CPA/CMA is preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the contracting sector.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
Deep understanding of construction accounting systems and project cost control.
Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
