**Role and Responsibilities**

1. (Accounts receivable management) Understand receivables related tasks like account master management, credit check, credit line and security management, receivable matching, etc. Perform tasks according to processes.

2. (Fixed asset) Perform account book management tasks like asset acquisition, change management (transfer, sell, disuse), depreciation, and inventory, etc. by deciding whether it is profit expenditure or capital expenditure based on an investment plan.

3. (Accounts payable payment) Understand the payment standard and process. Manage a contract and verify and propose payment.

4. (Revenue and expenditure and department operation expense management) Establish a plan to pay department operation expenses which are spent while working (MyFinance expenditure for congratulations and condolences, business trip expense, transportation fee, overseas business trip, and receiving in advance, etc.) to an employee's firm banking account. Perform daily closing.

**Role Purpose**:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are a part of this.

Being a Customer Service Representative at Sibelco means becoming the single point of contact for your assigned set of customers, relating to any commercial, technical or operational issues they may encounter. Your responsibility is to ensure that your customers are provided with outstanding Customer Service whilst complying with local regulation and Sibelco's processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Onboarding - main point of contact;
- Order and Contract Management - order entry, order tracking, billing, price increases etc.;
- Customer Inquiry Handling - dealing with offers, issuing of samples and complaints;
- Data Management - update master data, systems and shipment files;
- Logistics - perform inbound/outbound forwarding activities, key contact for local transport & shipping, plan internal transport, ensure transport documents compliant with local legislation

Doctors are primarily responsible for providing individualized outpatient, inpatient and ICU care for guests and crew. Doctors consult both crew and guests, providing timely, safe and evidence-based assessments, formulating differential diagnoses and treatment plans, performing clinical interventions and procedures, and coordinating logistics of referrals and evacuations.

Technical skills are learned and practiced on board, such as X-rays acquisition, and performing a wide-array of laboratory tests and other procedures. **REQUIREMENTS**:

Experience and certification in point of care ultrasound is preferred. Additional requirements include:
