  • Provide and secure full reservoir engineering support to the subsurface team to fulfil technical and business requirements.
  • Ensure daily production monitoring, production database and reservoir models updates.
  • Conduct field and well productivity assessment using production analysis and diagnostic plots
  • Generate production profiles using reservoir simulation models and decline curve analysis for production plans, budgets and reserves booking.
  • Estimate annual reserves using 3D numerical simulation, integrated simulation modelling and analytical approaches
  • Evaluate and propose depletion and optimization strategies from producing assets to maintain an optimum production rate
  • Prepare and follow up the implementation of reservoir engineering data acquisition during the drilling phase including and not limited to fluid samples collection, well test design and interpretation and production well testing procedure.
  • Provide production forecasting using analytical reservoir engineering with IPM suite package (MBAL & PROSPER) and decline curve analysis with OFM
  • Provide facilities network modelling through GAP and PIPESIM.
  • Provide engineering input to determine drilling locations and recommend well completions
  • Determine provisional development concepts and forecasts for prospects, discoveries and new field acquisitions.
  • Support the commercial evaluation of new venture opportunities
  • Follow up JVs and partners subsurface activities to provide effective and proactive JV Partner liaison

Your Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience: + BS Computer Science/Computer Engineer/ Information Technology + 3-5 years of experience in Software QA, Software Support, or IT Operations + Significant experience with software Installation and Deployment + Expertise in System Administration for Windows Operating systems + Basic understanding of Computer networking requirements + Strong verbal / written communication skills; excellent active listening skills + Some travel may be required (in the future) + Additional experience that would benefit the successful candidate: + Experience in System Administration of Linux O/S systems + Working knowledge of FLEXnet licensing software + Demonstrated understanding of Software QA or debugging techniques + Ability to develop scripts in Windows Bat, Powershell, Unix shell/perl/python, C, and/or SQL + Previous experience with EDA software applications (Mentor Pads and/or Expedition), or other Siemens DISW software products using FlexNet Licensing Working at Siemens Software Why us? Job Responsibilities: + Provide support to Virtual PCIe Solutions customers, addressing their technical needs and concerns. + Deliver prompt and clear responses to customer inquiries and technical issues. + Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot emulated SoC to identify root causes while collaborating with R&D to implement solutions. + Deliver in-depth training sessions for field engineers and customers on product features and functionality. + Design use cases and develop test scenarios tailored to customer needs. + Collaborate closely with customers to gather product requirements and produce clear, detailed documentation and specifications. + Work with early adopters to ensure successful implementation of new features and developments. + Work closely with experienced team members to advance technology, uphold best practices, and drive ongoing product enhancements. Job Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications or Computer Engineering. + Proficiency in C/C++ programming within a Linux development environment. + Good knowledge of PCIe protocol. + Good understanding of computer systems and x86 architecture. + Familiarity with emulation technology is an advantage. + Working knowledge of Hardware Description Languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
