**Responsibilities**
- Drive hypothesis testing to define product market fit and enablement of SaaS products.
- Analyze analytics for Golden Hour Trials, Walk-me integration and how it facilitates adoption in SaaS products.
- Innovate approaches to market research; proactively identify new opportunities for testing and growth.
- Customer journey mapping, identify key activation triggers, and key conversion metrics.
- Experience with analytics, dashboards, and extrapolating results. Skilled in MS Office.

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Marketing Track is a huge plus!
- +5 years of proven experience in marketing/growth - preferably in Software industry.
- Growth marketing skills - customer research, idea generation and execution.
- Ability to work as part of a global distributed team with mixed cultures and different time zones.
- Desire to learn, grow and elevate those around you - you’re the kind of person others want to work with!
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share knowledge with others.

The Market Research Intern position sits within the Client Service team and will be based in Cairo, Egypt. The Client Service executes primary, custom consumer insights market research studies and delivers highly impactful insights to clients across different industries.

**At the End of Your Internship, You Will Know**:

- What the full experience of a quantitative research engagement encompasses
- How to effectively manage project schedules and deadlines in a real world setting
- How to navigate meeting dynamics in a professional office setting, both internally and with clients
- How to communicate and manage third party vendors
- What is involved when translating business issues into highly strategic and visual deliverables for our clients (i.e. telling a story with the data)

**You will be Responsible For**:

- Accuracy of online survey programming for content, skip logic, spelling, etc.
- Managing third party vendors and the work they produce related to programming of questionnaires
- Reviewing draft questionnaires and managing client & programming edits/updates
- Coordinating questionnaire translations, including English pretests to assure accuracy
- Participating in adverse events training and submitting reports as needed
- Special projects related to report development

**Role Requirements**
- Fresh Graduates **Years 2020/ 2021**.
- Team player who has the ability to work closely with others as well as independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills a must, specifically MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- A passion and demonstrated aptitude for data-driven marketing
- Demonstrated project management skills, analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent detail orientation and organization
