**Responsibilities**
- Define factors for market penetration to profile potential markets
- Conduct competitive positioning analysis and customer demographic analysis in any required geographical region to identify ways to maximize sales
- Conduct and develop questionnaires, polls, surveys, interviews, and online research to collect quantitative and qualitative data based on which recommendations can be made, aid in market segmentation and forecasts
- Create visuals of industry trends and competitors that can help the organization predict how products and services will fare in the market

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or any relevant discipline

- Supporting the International Busienss Operations (IBO) technical Inventory global data owner, rewrite and adjust whenever needed the IBO processes to integrate the new business rules for technical Inventory data as defined by the Data Management forum.
- Participate to the Customer Service Opeation Datalab testing and roll out and integrate new data and process controls using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Big data concepts.
