- Review oncology medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and safety (dose calculations, drug interactions, organ function adjustments
- Supervise and ensure safe preparation of cytotoxic and biological medications in accordance with USP / or equivalent standards.
- Validate chemotherapy protocols and ensure compliance with institutional and international guidelines
Develop clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations - Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy
- Evaluate patient s condition to ensure all issues are being treated
- Identify untreated health problems and refer patients to appropriate physicians
- Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects
- Consult on dosages, medication substances etc.
- Advise on the correct administration of drugs
- Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress
- Proven experience as Oncology pharmacist
- Residency training and current license are required
- Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical therapy and direct patient care
- Solid knowledge of drug administration and health & safety guidelines
- Working knowledge of computers
- Team player with outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong professional ethics
- Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology

Key Responsibilities:
- Morning rounds in our inpatient service, alongside senior Cairo Cure physicians and pharmacists.
- Support and assist outpatient clinics performed by senior Cairo Cure consultants
- Oversee patients undergoing treatment in Cairo Cure infusion center
- Availability to do night shifts when needed.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree.
- Completion of medical oncology training, at a universuity hospital or as part of egyptian oncology fellowship program
- Available to work full time - 5 days a week
- Excellent communication skills, good command of English
- At ease to work on electronic records and databases

• Solid understanding of Egypt's oncology market access dynamics and institutional buying behaviours.
• Proven ability to deliver on ambitious sales targets within complex account structures.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ethical standards and compliance mindset.
