Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an (
Field Service Chemist)
located in Cairo, Egypt. The
Field Service
will be responsible for providing technical support, water analysis, and feedback reports with the customers "including but not limited to service report, stock forecast, added value projects, and more). This includes conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science - Chemistry
• 1 - 3 years experience in similar field
• Driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in industrial water treatment is a plus
• Communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular water testing and analysis at customer facilities.
• Support chemical program design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical service reports and provide recommendations to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in field service and customer support.

• BSc of Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering from reputable university.

• Working knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, electrical power circuits, PLC circuits.

• You are intrigued by traveling at least 60% of the time, and with a high degree of flexibility.

• Ability to read schematics.

• Technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.

• You love to relate to customers, their views, and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures.

• You have a passion for engineering.

• Previous experience in agri and/or food processing is a plus.

Physical Abilities & Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, or stand.

• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• Must be able to work from home or office base.

• Must be able to work in fruits pack-houses & food processing plants, farms, high/low temperature facilities and in confined spaces.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Engineer, located in El Maadi.

The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of bids.

Key tasks include sourcing and procuring necessary materials, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and supporting the electrical engineering aspects of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining ventilators and anesthesia machines
• Additional advantage: Possession of a valid Experience Certificate in ventilator and anesthesia machine maintenance

This role reports to the OFS People Operations Regional Lead.

In this role, you will manage Tier 2 escalations, oversee vendor, benefits, and compensation administration, and ensure compliance with country or region-specific HR regulations. You will support the HR Operations team across service categories, including reporting and metrics, and coordinate ad-hoc processes within HR Ops tiers. The position requires strong leadership, proactivity, and a focus on data integrity and analysis to support HR decision-making and business needs. You will resolve operational issues, drive continuous improvement through lean administration, lead process improvement projects, and promote best-in-class service delivery. Success depends on building effective cross-functional relationships with internal and external teams and proactively enhancing HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery and manage regional ticket requests, including direct management of complex services and transaction processing as needed. Handle escalations within HR Operations tiers and partner with the regional lead to drive continuous improvement across HR Ops metrics, services, and systems.
• Apply and expand knowledge of HR theories, practices, and procedures to implement functional policies and strategies while developing professional expertise.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business drivers and how team activities integrate with other functions to support overall business objectives.
• Make decisions autonomously within established frameworks, resolving complex issues using sound judgment, and collaborate with the regional lead on matters beyond defined policies.
• Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary interface and clearly communicating technical and complex information.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires strong demonstrated expertise in HR Operations Service Delivery, including managing escalations, process improvement, vendor relationships and problem solving in a complex environment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Proficiency in the Arabic language is required.
