Job Description:
+ The Artwork Specialist is responsible for creating and managing artwork for various products. This includes designing layouts, selecting colors, and choosing fonts that align with brand guidelines.
+ The role also involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure that the artwork meets the product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Review and approve final layouts for print production.
+ Ensure all artwork is delivered within project timelines.
+ Maintain a database of all artwork files for future reference.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
+ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
+ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Must Have Skills:
+ Degree in Graphic Design/related field
+ 1 -3 years' experience in graphic design or in studio
+ Studio experience/knowledge

**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Preparing the renovation summary and updating the CRM inspection cases for Lease Agreement renewals.
- Responsible for preparing Business Reports such as but not limited to: department’s monthly reports, updating the workload report, green star report and department’s KPI reports as required.
- Circulate through DocuSign any document that requires internal approvals/signature (LODs, TVRs, LOPs).
**Personal Characteristics and Required Background**:
Minimum experience
- Experience in operations, tenant fit out process etc., ideally in Shopping Mall / retail development in a similar role, is an advantage
Minimum Qualifications/education
