Job Description
Responsible for data integrity of customer information in all systems/tools
- Ensures all technical documentations are posted and updated.
- Agree handover documentation requirements with key stakeholders and that key activities and deliverables are incorporated in the programme plan to meet the overall programme objectives
- Manage and create the production of the project handover documentation to time, cost and quality criteria including review and sign off by the required stakeholders
- Provide status reports on the delivery plans including major issues with owners and actions, risks and mitigations as required by the Head of Handover and the Senior Project Manager
- Communicate regularly with other project based Handover Managers to ensure exchange of experience, good practice and learning from mistakes
- Manage and co-ordinate project handover processes and ensure that all appropriate documental evidence is provided.
- Enhance handover templates
- Optimize handover interlock between the different stakeholders
- Initiate and conduct any needed improvement plan on handover
- Organize regular calls with project team and customer to make sure that they are aligned and to review with them the HO checklist
- Confirm with the project team that the customer assets have been well identified in the tools(GAHD ,PRIME, GENNI, SNOW)
**about you**:
- Understanding of networking technology and systems utilized in global WAN and LAN
- Able to work well under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Results Driven
- "Can Do" Attitude and high Team Spirit and self-motivation attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure to deal with multiple tasks
- Ability to provide exemplary customer focused support in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with initiative and proactivity
- Teamwork, uses a team approach to solve problem when appropriate
- Ability to work business hours based on customer region
- Advanced Excel knowledge is a big PLUS
**additional information**:
- Degree level or equivalent (Engineering, Computer Since, Computer engineering, Business or Science Degree);
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- CCNA is preferred
- Automation Skills is a big PLUS
- Advanced EXCEL is required
**Professional Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunication and Networking
- Minimum 2 years in a customer facing roles
