Raya Smart Buildings, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring an associate community executive.
- Promote a helpful and professional image of the business center facilities to the client and give full cooperation to any customer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude.
- Deal with all inquiries relating to the booking of meeting rooms, including the preparation, set-up, cleaning up afterward, and catering communication.
- Monitor service levels and proactively ensure the innovation center is ready for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections to address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to tenants and users as requested.
- Collect feedback from tenants to continually enhance guest experiences.
- From 0 to 1 years of experience (hotels or business centers)
- Bachelor's degree (hotel and tourism preferred)
- Proficient English language skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Job location in Sheikh Zayed
