Job Description

Our Account Manager drives and supports revenue and profit growth by establishing and maintaining relationships and connectivity with clients at senior levels within their organization. You will also continue the development and execution of strategic account plans which are aligned with global, regional and local sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
· Ownership of the Account Management life cycle process, start to finish, stepping up to deliver on your responsibilities, is ultimately your accountability.
· Responsible for the Account Plan in SFDC, communicating the plan to all stakeholders, planning resources & activities to achieve the Plan's annual performance

· Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen WFT Identity by understanding customer/industry key objectives & challenges -emphasizing and aligning our Core Capabilities
· Oversee all areas of business risk and ensure strategies exist to mitigate these as much as possible
· Once notified by client of results of the tender process the role is accountable for arranging a debrief in the event of a loss or advising key stakeholders in the event of a win including updating SFDC
· Accountable for arranging & facilitating a contract handover meeting with key stakeholders and generating a contract summary sheet
· Accountable for reviewing contract performance and that all relevant matters are brought before management
· Generates revenue targets through the account plans & has quarterly reviews with Sales VP/Dir
· Accountable for finalizing the Upsell Plan as per the bid strategy
· Accountable for action to identify and address revenue gaps for the year to ensure target achievement
· Evaluates sales opportunities via the Technical Sales personnel
· Ensure all Commercial processes are applied through TPMS to maximize efficiency of pricing & tendering
Requirements:
· Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
· In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian market, including industry dynamics and customer landscape.
· Familiarity with Artificial Lift, Well Services, and Drilling Services is considered a strong asset.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
· Ability to demonstrate that they are commercially astute and have a good understanding of tenders, contracts, negotiations, high margin / profitability achievement as well as the requirements for high quality customer service
· Excellent customer relationship skills.
· Experience working with oilfield services, refining, or equipment providers
· Sufficient business acumen to enable opportunity evaluation and effective prioritiziation

_As a Strategic Account Manager for MEA, you'll be responsible for managing a named strategic AVEVA account(s) in the MEA region; build an Account Plan, define a clear strategy, understand and map the AVEVA portfolio offerings/solutions and execute as per a clear plan and timelines._
_Furthermore, a SAM should maintain strong and positive working relationships with Marketing, Product and Pre-Sales departments, to ensure accurate communication of requirements and client support._
**Responsibilities**
- Structure and build focused Account Plans.
- Work with line manager to define, launch and drive strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Develop and deliver Value-based Solution related Presentations, strong presentation skills.
- Manage all sales related activities of your Account.
- Regular and constant customer visits to develop and maintain strong customer relation.
- Frequent domestic / international Travel.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Overall 7+ years' proven track record of selling into Oil & Gas , Chemical and Petrochemical Industries, out of which at least 5 years' experience.
- Proven success record in sales and account management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Having strong contacts in the industry is a huge plus.
- Experience with software companies / solutions such as Engineering Solutions, Plant Information Management, Asset Performance Manage, Process Optimisation.
- English Speaking is mandatory.
