  • Provide and secure full reservoir engineering support to the subsurface team to fulfil technical and business requirements.
  • Ensure daily production monitoring, production database and reservoir models updates.

  • Generate production profiles using reservoir simulation models and decline curve analysis for production plans, budgets and reserves booking.

  • Evaluate and propose depletion and optimization strategies from producing assets to maintain an optimum production rate
  • Prepare and follow up the implementation of reservoir engineering data acquisition during the drilling phase including and not limited to fluid samples collection, well test design and interpretation and production well testing procedure.
  • Provide production forecasting using analytical reservoir engineering with IPM suite package (MBAL & PROSPER) and decline curve analysis with OFM
  • Provide facilities network modelling through GAP and PIPESIM.
  • Provide engineering input to determine drilling locations and recommend well completions
  • Determine provisional development concepts and forecasts for prospects, discoveries and new field acquisitions.
  • Support the commercial evaluation of new venture opportunities
  • Follow up JVs and partners subsurface activities to provide effective and proactive JV Partner liaison

Purpose

**Introduction**
As a Remote Technical Support Agent specializing in Lenovo PC Products, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and guidance to customers via email communication. Your primary objective will be to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Lenovo desktops, laptops, and other PC products. Utilizing your expertise in Lenovo systems and peripherals, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and effective solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to assist customers from the comfort of your home while maintaining high-quality support standards.
**Your role and responsibilities**
1. Provide timely and professional technical support to customers via email, addressing inquiries related to Lenovo PC products.
2. Diagnose hardware issues, including but not limited to system crashes, software errors, connectivity problems, and peripheral compatibility.
3. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, utilizing assistance tools and diagnostic software where necessary to identify and resolve technical issues.
4. Document all interactions with customers, including issue details, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions provided, in a comprehensive manner.
5. Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or appropriate internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on Lenovo product specifications, technical documentation, and troubleshooting procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
8. Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance technical skills and stay informed about new Lenovo products and technologies.
9. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for email support.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably with a focus on Lenovo PC products or similar hardware.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely via email.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, diagnostic utilities, and ticketing systems for tracking and managing customer inquiries.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Lenovo Certified Technician, or similar credentials would be advantageous.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* The role requires working from office in US Time zone.
* Fluency in English is a must.

**What you will do**
· Generate new business opportunities to ensure CSS continued exponential growth
· Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage.
· Partner with key members of the sales and Go To Market/Marketing team to develop target lists, strategies and core messaging to ensure success.
· Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories
· Achieve assigned quota of "Sales Ready" qualified leads.
· Understand the sales process and be able to overcome objections by genuinely caring & learning about the prospects business needs and showing them the value that ACS services can provide.
· Perfect the ability to articulate and deliver prepared sales talks that describe CSS services and value in order to entice prospects to learn more about the solutions CSS offers.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly call volumes and sales pipeline targets.
· Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the business units products, technology and sales techniques.
· Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions
· Record all customer information and maintain detailed qualification records, ion each lead worked.
**Desired Experience**
+ Min 7 years of experience in direct sales in Enterprise IT field.
+ Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
+ Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
+ Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
+ Knowledge of Oracle products or Cloud solutions preferred but not essential
+ Positive attitude, team oriented, self-starter who can work independently as well as in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.
+ Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
+ Team player and self-motivated
+ Should be able to work independently
+ Expert level skill required for territory planning and ability to open a conversation with new customers and other lines of businesses.
