  • Provide and secure full reservoir engineering support to the subsurface team to fulfil technical and business requirements.
  • Ensure daily production monitoring, production database and reservoir models updates.

  • Prepare and follow up the implementation of reservoir engineering data acquisition during the drilling phase including and not limited to fluid samples collection, well test design and interpretation and production well testing procedure.
  • Provide production forecasting using analytical reservoir engineering with IPM suite package (MBAL & PROSPER) and decline curve analysis with OFM
  • Provide facilities network modelling through GAP and PIPESIM.
  • Provide engineering input to determine drilling locations and recommend well completions
  • Determine provisional development concepts and forecasts for prospects, discoveries and new field acquisitions.
  • Support the commercial evaluation of new venture opportunities
  • Follow up JVs and partners subsurface activities to provide effective and proactive JV Partner liaison

**Responsibilities**
What You'll Do - Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve.
1. Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by oracle/customer within planned schedule. He/she must use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverable that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
2. Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for oracle/customer.
3. Coordinate with offshore team for various technical deliverables including customizations and support teams for patches, fixes.

**Required Skills/Experience**
**What You'll Bring**
+ Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in core banking, preferably, FLEXCUBE
+ Should have sound knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, Microservices, Java
+ Knowledge in Rest Services & Netflix Conductor is a definite add-on.
+ Working knowledge on Docker/containerization, Kubernetes is an added advantage

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage a multi -jurisdictional team of 10+ governance counsels and specialists
+ Lead and manage the framework for the company's legal entities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
+ Drive impactful, high value work through LEAN methodology and optimized processes to support Vernova's corporate functions and business segments effectively and efficiently.

+ Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting legal entities and assess their impact on the organization.
+ Provide strategic legal advice to senior management regarding governance structures and risk management.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor of law/Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one common or civil law jurisdiction.
+ Minimum of 15+ years post qualification experience in corporate law, with a focus on legal entity governance, compliance, and management.
+ Strong understanding of corporate structures, governance principles, and regulatory requirements internationally.
+ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to manage and deliver results in complex cross-jurisdictional restructuring projects within tight deadlines

**What is the job about?**
Part of the service team for workshop and field service, the Service engineer performs hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting / assessment, repair and start-ups on pumps and controls at customer sites & workshops.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Executing service calls as instructed by the Service Manager.
+ Interact with customers & perform workshop and field service including trouble-shooting / assessment, inspection, reporting, cleaning, reassembly and testing of pumps and controls
+ Commissioning of new pumps and pump sets / controls and operator training.
+ Prepare commissioning and service reports.
+ Report on installations & site conditions that impact the operation or lifetime of the products and scope for new service business.
+ Assist during service training for customers.
+ Responsible for his/her personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environment and of others who may be affected by his/her actions at work.
+ Understand and follow the company HSE policy and ensure that he or she are equipped and trained to play his/her part.
+ Immediately bring to the Management's attention any specific queries or concerns relating to the workplace's health, safety and environment
